What everyone asks.
How much does the valuation cost?
Nothing. The visit and the offer are free and commit you to nothing. If the price does not work for you, the conversation ends there.
Are you going to buy below market price?
We pay what a property in its current condition is worth, taking on the renovation, the time and the risk ourselves. In exchange you save the commission, the building works, months of waiting and the uncertainty of a sale falling through at the last minute. The honest comparison is against your final net proceeds, not against the number on a listing.
Do I have to empty or clean the property?
No. We buy with furniture, belongings and storage room included. Do not throw anything away on our account.
What if the property has a mortgage, seizures or community debts?
That is normal and it is not an obstacle. Charges are cleared at the signing itself out of the price; we coordinate it with the bank and the notary.
How long does the whole process take?
The offer arrives within 48 hours of the visit. Completion depends on you and on the state of the paperwork: two to six weeks is typical.
Which areas do you buy in?
Málaga city and its metropolitan area, plus the western and eastern Costa del Sol. If your property falls outside, write to us anyway and we will give you a straight answer.
What do you charge for your services?
Nothing. We are not intermediaries: we are the buyer. There is no commission, no fee and no administration cost for you.
